Although previous experience in a traditional residential trade or good handyman skills are a desirable advantage, they are not essential. We want people with the ability to build and maintain strong customer and business relationships.Team players who will adopt the Thermawood proven processes, principles and systems will be the ones who find the most success. Don’t worry, as a Franchisee starting out you will have all the support and training needed and you won’t be left alone until everyone is comfortable in all aspects of the role. Franchisees will receive comprehensive support and on-going assistance, including technical advice and a well-structured field support programme. Franchisees will receive local marketing support and collateral, as well as digital marketing strategies and evolving management systems. Training will be adapted to the franchisee’s needs with regular meetings to assist and guide you through a successful journey. The Franchisor understands that recognition, team comradery and competition for awards in sales, customer service and reviews are critical when building a successful team, therefore each franchisee is also invited to the annual National Conference in NZ.
