Accommodation

One bedroom, upstairs, can be converted into a family room. All rooms are spacious, well presented and contain queen size beds. Occupancy rate of 80% with an average room rate of $140 per night. The present owners utilise one of the rooms currently for accommodation.

Restaurant

The restaurant cuisine is primarily Chinese, however an a-la-carte menu is available. Fully equipped kitchen, with double wok, deep fryer, pizza oven, dishwasher, cool room, four freezers, double sink, three microwaves, rice cooker and plenty of stainless steel bench space. Plus there is a wood-fired pizza oven.

Fully Licensed and can seat 40 patrons, Outdoor restroom, Alfresco dining, Garden seating, and beautiful garden setting with water feature and rose gardens, can be used for alfresco dining.

The restaurant also has a large takeaway service with a sizeable customer base.

Cafe
